In these classes, we utilize all the men's and women's gymnastics equipment, including the trampoline. Get ready to climb, swing, jump, and flip! Gym Ninja is an action-packed class designed for boys who want to build strength, coordination, confidence, and agility while having fun. Athletes will learn foundational gymnastics skills on the floor, trampoline, rings, and both even and uneven bars through exciting drills, obstacle courses, and skill progressions.
Tumbling Foundations-
Tumbling Foundations is the perfect starting point for athletes new to tumbling. This class focuses on developing the fundamental shapes, strength, coordination, and technique needed for tumbling success. Through drills, progressions, and conditioning exercises, students will build confidence and establish a strong foundation for more advanced skills.

Basic Tumbling-
Basic Tumbling builds upon the shapes, techniques, and foundational skills learned in Tumbling Foundations. Athletes will continue developing strength, flexibility, and body awareness while progressing to more advanced tumbling skills. Skill focuses include backbend kickovers, back walkovers, front walkovers, round-offs, and an introduction to back handsprings. This class emphasizes proper technique and skill progression to prepare athletes for higher-level tumbling.
Basic tumbling class is 1 hour in length.
Advanced Tumbling-
Advanced Tumbling builds upon the skills developed in Tumbling Foundations and Basic Tumbling, helping athletes progress toward advanced tumbling techniques and combinations. Athletes will continue to refine their strength, power, flexibility, and body awareness while working on skills such as back handsprings, front handsprings, front tucks, back tucks, and connected tumbling passes. This class focuses on proper technique, safe progression, and developing the confidence needed for higher-level tumbling.

Advanced tumbling class is 1 hour and 15 minutes in length.

Joel Baba's Rec Team is designed for gymnasts who are looking for more than a traditional recreational class but are not interested in the commitment and pressure of competitive gymnastics.
Our goal is to foster a love for the sport while providing athletes with a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment where they can continue developing advanced gymnastics skills.

Admission to Rec team requires each athlete to pass a skills test.
Rec team members must attend a 90 minute practice 2x per week.
Ream Team members receive and individual floor routine to music during the season.
Tuition is $150 per month.
