The goal of this parent-assisted class to introduce the children to gymnastics and fitness activities. Our lesson plans are geared toward developing their fine and gross motor skills. In these classes, we utilize all the men's and women's gymnastics equipment, including the trampoline. We plan activities using circuits and obstacle courses to teach the building blocks to basic gymnastics. Although there will be some waiting for turns, it is kept to a minimum.
We also incorporate various themes into the lesson plans throughout the year. Examples of these weeks would be Halloween, Mini Olympics, Summer Fun, and Circus. These classes are 45 minutes long. There is a five-to-one, student-instructor ratio for these classes.

Admission to the Elite or Pre-Elite Program is based upon the successful completion of a Required Skills Test. The Elite and Pre-Elite sessions are 1 1/2 hours in length. Classes consist of an aerobic warm-up, skill rotations, and a conditioning/cool-down period. Skill Rotations will include Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Tumbling, Trampoline, and "Tumbl Trak." Elite and Pre-Elite students must attend classes two days per week. The student-instructor ratio for this class will be five-to-one.
The goal of this Pre-Elite Program is to offer students an opportunity to experience the Elite Program as an intermediate gymnast. As a participant of this program, Pre-Elite Students will be allowed to become more familiar with advanced skills and enhance their performance style. The beginner Pre-Elite student will be exposed to the same non-competitive atmosphere and skill-building techniques used in the Elite classes. Since these students require additional instruction in the areas of skill development and routine planning, the instructor will closely monitor each student's skill level and prepare standard routines following the group's abilities. Consequently, these students will learn to refine their gymnastic routine skill levels with close coach supervision.
The Elite Program is designed with the advanced recreational gymnast in mind. The Elite gymnasts are encouraged to assemble gymnastic routines with the guidance of our coaches creatively. The focus of this program is to provide the students with more advanced gymnastics instruction in a fun and safe environment without competition stress! Encouraging the gymnasts to participate in routine planning enhances their abilities and develop their self-confidence. Our class format allows for each Elite student to progress according to her ability.
